push prep 101

push prep class, preparing for birth, push prep 101

The pushing phase of labour is essential information often overlooked when learning about birth.  Many first-time mamas assume the pushing phase of labour will come naturally, or it's the part of labour they fear most.

In this practical, confidence-building workshop you will learn how to effectively guide (push) your baby into the world, multiple labour and birth positions to make the pushing phase easier on you and baby and how to listen to your body - cues and ways to make this stage of labour more effective (and possibly shorter)!

This course is a GREAT confidence booster for birth partners. They love learning practical things they can do to best support birthing mamas.

  • “I really enjoyed our prenatal class offered by rebirth wellness centre. From the moment I walked in the door I felt right at home. Rebirth has such a warm and welcoming charm with beautiful sayings on the walls. Our instructor talked to us like she has known us forever and never made us feel uncomfortable asking lots of questions. Our instructor was very knowledgeable and explained things in a way that was very easy to understand. My husband who was a little hesitant to attend the class came home and told all of our family and friends how informative class was and that he was so glad he attended! I feel confident heading into motherhood!”
