This program is designed to help you:
Learn ways to prioritize your mental and emotional health
Learn evidenced-based strategies to manage emotions, especially the hard ones (anxiety, guilt, shame etc.
Build your confidence as a new Mom and let go of the pressure to 'do it all'
Foster your identity as a new Mom
Build your community by meeting other Moms
