Cancellation Policy for Appointments:


We understand that life can be busy and/or unpredictable. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved for you. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice should you need to cancel an appointment.

Should you need to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, 50% of the appointment fee is required.

As a team of hard-working, self-employed healthcare providers, we appreciate your understanding.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Courses
Due to the popularity of our courses, once you are registered for a course, we save a spot for you, as such no refunds are available. If you need to cancel because of an emergency or for medical reasons, we can change your registration to another date for the course, or give you a credit on your account for the full amount of the course, which you can use toward any classes or services at Rebirth. Please notify us as soon as possible and before the course date that you’d like to transfer your registration, or take a credit for the class.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Classes
Rebirth Wellness Centre reserves the right to cancel the class due to failure to meet the minimum amount of registrations. We will notify you 24 hours before the class starts. We will email and or call you. Please make sure your email and phone number are accurate and updated in Jane so that we can get a hold of you. Should you not be able to attend a class, please notify us and a future make up class may be possible.
