Kelsey McRae, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Hi, I’m Kelsey.
I’m a mother of three, a spouse, a sister, a friend, and a community advocate. Each of these roles has taught me about love, resilience, messiness, and growth — and all of that is at the heart of how I walk alongside those I support.
Therapy has been deeply transformative for me. It has — and continues to — support me through the many layers of motherhood, while helping me reconnect with myself in ways I didn’t know I needed. That lived experience is what led me to this work, and my hope is to offer that kind of space to you.
Parenthood can be both beautiful and emotionally complex. It can expand you while also leaving you feeling undone. My intention is to meet you exactly where you are — to hold space for your truth, your fears, and your questions. To walk alongside you through whatever you’re carrying. To offer support and reflection, while gently holding you accountable as you move toward healing, growth, or simply more understanding.
I believe in real, honest connection — not perfection. Healing and growth look different for everyone, and there is room for you to be exactly who and where you are.
If you’re new to therapy or simply want to see if it’s the right fit, you’re invited to book a complimentary 15-minute virtual meet and greet. This is a relaxed, no-pressure opportunity to ask questions, learn more about Kelsey’s approach, and get a feel for working together before committing to a full appointment.
