We offer FREE parking at all our locations for our clients day and night. See below for all your parking options

We have parking reserved for appointments in the parking lot behind Rebirth. You can enter off of Wellington Street or Hyman Street, and look for the signs that say "Rebirth Wellness Centre" along the wooden fence.

Hyman Street is free for two hours.

Central avenue also has free 2-hour parking between Richmond and Wellington (look for the signs).

The City of London is now offering free parking as of April 8, 2025 for the downtown core area. Use the promo code CORE on the HONK APP to get up to 1-hour of FREE Parking.

Our Central location is situated in a Historical home and has steps at both entrances as well as stairs leading to most treatment rooms. Most practitioners can see clients using a treatment room on the main floor. Please call to let us know if you require a main floor treatment.

Hours vary based on appointments and class schedules - each practitioner offers their own hours.

We understand that life can be busy and/or unpredictable. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved for you. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice should you need to cancel an appointment. Should you need to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, 50% of the appointment fee is required. As a team of hard-working, self-employed healthcare providers, we appreciate your understanding.

Due to the popularity of our programs, once you are registered for a workshop, we save a spot for you, as such no refunds are available. If you need to cancel because of an emergency or for medical reasons, we can change your registration to another date for the workshop, or give you a credit on your account for the full amount of the class, which you can use toward any classes or services at Rebirth. Please notify us as soon as possible and before the workshop date that you’d like to transfer your registration, or take a credit for the class.

Please note that Rebirth Wellness Centre reserves the right to cancel the workshop due to failure to meet the minimum amount of registrations. We will notify you 24 hours before the workshop starts. We will email and or call you. Please make sure your email and phone number are accurate and updated in our system so that we can get a hold of you.

Prior to signing up for classes and courses you will be required to sign off on Rebirth’s waiver at the time of registration. Included in this waiver is our cancellation and make up class policy.

Cancellations: If you cancel a full class series or course 24+ hours prior to your booking you will receive an account credit to use towards any future class or course. No refunds.

Make Up Classes: If you cannot make a class in your full series we allow 3 make up classes per 6-week series that must be used before the end of your series. Make up classes can be any other drop-in class on the schedule (yoga, fitness, stroller, pilates). You must call our clinic to make arrangements prior to your class! No credits or refunds for missed classes.

Rebirth Wellness Centre reserves the right to cancel the class due to failure to meet the minimum amount of registrations, weather, illness, etc. We will notify you 24 hours before the class starts via email and/or text you. Please make sure your email and phone number are accurate and updated in your Momence account so that we can get a hold of you. We may provide a rescheduled date for the class, offer a makeup class, or provide a credit/refund.
