Appointments
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that life can be busy and/or unpredictable. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved for you. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice should you need to cancel an appointment.
Should you need to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, 50% of the appointment fee will be charged.
This policy applies to illness as well.
In the event that you do not come to your appointment at all without letting us know, a no show fee will be charged. This fee is 100% of the appointment cost.
If you are not able to make your in-person appointment, our staff is happy to change your appointment to virtual.
As a team of hard-working, self-employed healthcare providers, we appreciate your understanding.
Classes + Courses
late cancellation and no show policy
Prior to signing up for classes and courses you will be required to sign off on Rebirth’s waiver at the time of registration. Included in this waiver is our cancellation and no show policy.
Late Cancellations: You can cancel anytime up until the beginning of class directly through the Momence app.
Please note: if you cancel within the 3 hour late cancellation window, you will be charged a $10 late cancellation fee. If you have a class pack, your class credit will be returned to your account. Monthly pass holders will simply be charged the fee.
No Shows: If you don’t cancel and don’t show up, a $10 no-show fee will be charged to both class pack and monthly pass holders.
All late cancel fees and no-show fees are non-refundable. Refunds due to extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will only be refunded as a studio credit.
Rebirth Wellness Centre reserves the right to cancel the class due to failure to meet the minimum amount of registrations, weather, illness, etc. We will notify you 24 hours before the class starts via Momence, email and/or text you. Please make sure your email and phone number are accurate and updated in your Momence account so that we can get a hold of you. We may provide a rescheduled date for the class, offer a makeup class, or provide a credit/refund.
These policies help us open up spots for waitlisted clients and families and keep our classes running smoothly - thank you for your understanding!
