craniosacral therapy
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, non-invasive, hands-on therapy that works with the body’s subtle rhythms and natural patterns of movement. Using light, precise touch, it focuses on the relationship between the craniosacral system, nervous system, and the rest of the body to encourage relaxation, balance, and the body’s natural ability to heal.
The treatment can help reduce physical tension and restrictions throughout the body, while supporting the nervous system in shifting out of patterns of stress and strain. By gently addressing areas of restriction and imbalance, craniosacral therapy aims to restore ease and mobility within the tissues, allowing the body’s systems to communicate and function more freely.
Craniosacral therapy is deeply relaxing and can be used to support the body as a whole, rather than focusing solely on a specific area of discomfort. It is a subtle approach that respects the body’s own pace and capacity for healing

note on direct billing
Please read before booking your first osteopathic manual therapy appointment with us if you have insurance coverage.
Osteopathic Manual Therapy is often covered by most extended health insurance plans; however, your particular plan may not allow direct billing, but it will still cover the service if you pay for it first and then submit your receipt for reimbursement. If this is your first time booking Osteopathy, we recommend calling your insurance company first to confirm what they will cover, so there are no surprises for you later.
Canada Life will cover Osteopathic services performed by a DOMP, but they do not allow direct billing. You will need to pay for your appointment in full, and then submit the receipt to them directly using their app or website to be reimbursed. We don’t know how long it will take to be reimbursed, but from talking to other customers we hear it’s only about 3 days.
RWAM insurance does not currently accept insurance claims at this time. Manual submissions will also not be accepted. We apologize for this inconvenience.
