Ebb & Flow: A Mind-Body Workshop for Perimenopause 

If you’ve been navigating a landscape of brain fog, sudden irritability, or the frustration of "tired but wired" insomnia, you aren't alone. Perimenopause can feel like a series of unpredictable waves, but while the ebb and flow is a natural part of life, you don't have to navigate it without a compass.

Join us for a 2.5-hour immersive workshop designed to help you understand your body, soothe your nervous system, and find your center again. Facilitated by our resident Registered Social Worker and Yoga Teacher, this session blends clinical expertise with gentle movement to support your emotional and physical well-being.


Whether you are just starting to notice changes or are deep in the thick of it, this is a space for you to land, learn, and breathe. No previous yoga experience is required—everyone is welcome in our village.

What We’ll Explore Together:

  • Understanding the "Why": We’ll dive into the physiology of perimenopause, discussing hormonal pathways and how they directly impact your sleep, mood, and cognitive clarity.

  • Tools for the Mind: Using gentle CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) principles, we’ll practice identifying and reframing the unhelpful thoughts that often amplify feelings of irritability and fatigue.

  • Yoga for Balance: You’ll be guided through a 60-minute therapeutic yoga flow targeting nervous system balance. We’ll focus on breath-based postures that help bridge the link between your thoughts and the physical sensations of your changing body.

  • A Moment of True Rest: We’ll wrap up with a guided body scan and relaxation practice to leave you feeling grounded and refreshed.
