Alexandria Atyeo,Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Meet Alexandria,

Life’s beautiful and challenging seasons are easier when you are navigating them with the right support. My name is Alexandria, a Qualifying Registered Psychotherapist currently completing my Master’s at Yorkville University. I hold a postgraduate certificate in Autism and Behavioural Science and a BA in Equity Studies from the University of Toronto. My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration. I support individuals and families through personal transitions and changes to the family unit—including parenting, grief, identity shifts, and relational dynamics. I have experience working with neurodivergent children and their caregivers, and I am equally passionate about supporting individuals toward greater confidence and resilience. I’m committed to creating a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.

If you’re new to therapy or simply want to see if it’s the right fit, you’re invited to book a complimentary 15-minute virtual meet and greet. This is a relaxed, no-pressure opportunity to ask questions, learn more about Alex’s approach, and get a feel for working together before committing to a full appointment.

Supervised by a Registered Social Worker. Services may be eligible for insurance reimbursement under Registered Social Work. Direct billing is available.
