Elizabeth McKittrick, Physiotherapist
Meet Elizabeth!
I am a physiotherapist with a passion for supporting individuals and families through all stages of life. I strive to create a welcoming, inclusive space where you feel supported and heard. My practice is person-centred and evidence-based, equipping you with practical tools, education, and encouragement to help you reach your goals.
I completed my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo, during which I spent my time working as a support worker for children with disabilities. I did my Master’s in Physical Therapy at Western University where I developed an interest in pediatric physiotherapy, leading me to fall in love with supporting families and their little ones with milestones and motor skills. Naturally, I then became interested in pregnancy, postpartum, and pelvic health, and pursued further coursework and mentorship in this area. I have particular interest in treating female athletes, dancers, LGBTQ+ individuals, and hypermobility.
Outside the clinic I enjoy attending and teaching dance classes locally, crocheting new projects, and exploring the cozy coffee shops in town.
