Elizabeth McKittrick, Physiotherapy Resident

Meet Elizabeth!

I am a physiotherapy resident with a passion for supporting families and their children as they grow. My goal is to create a welcoming, inclusive space where you feel supported and heard. I take a family-centred, evidence-based approach, celebrating you and your child’s uniqueness and equipping you with practical tools, education, and encouragement to help you reach your goals.

I completed my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo, during which I spent my time working as a support worker for children with disabilities. I did my Master’s in Physical Therapy at Western University, where I developed a special interest in pediatric physiotherapy and sought further experiences in this niche, leading me to fall in love with supporting families and their little ones through motor milestones, and common concerns such as low tone, torticollis, and plagiocephaly.

Outside of work I enjoy attending and teaching dance classes locally, crocheting new projects, and exploring the cozy coffee shops in town.
