Meet Elena

Acupuncture Background
I’m a graduate of Grant MacEwan University, where I spent three years studying Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). I am a member in good standing with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO).

Past Studies
Before discovering acupuncture, I received my diploma in diagnostic ultrasound. Although I ultimately chose a different professional direction, it offered early insight into fertility and reproductive health. It feels like the universe keeps steering me toward this path, and it keeps unfolding as a key focus in my work. I’m excited to be deepening my training in reproductive care and feel grateful to be a part of this fertility-focused clinic.

Outside of Work
When I'm not thinking about acupuncture, I enjoy training in aerial hoop, sipping chamomile tea, and making silly graphic designs; however, even in my free time, I’m drawn to exploring deeper and more esoteric TCM concepts. For example, a fascinating notion in TCM is the existence of deeper meridians beyond the main channels, which profoundly influence the body’s ability to nurture life and support fertility.
