Ashley Horat

 

Gentle + grounding, Ashley is a yoga instructor that encourages you to connect to your body + mind through movement. She can typically be found teaching yin + restorative styles of yoga, as well as yoga nidra, and loves life on the still + slower side of yoga. Her goal is to make you feel safe and empowered through this transformative time. With a heart for community, Ashley is honoured to guide you to connect more deeply to your body and your baby. Off the mat, she loves a good cup of coffee, baking up a storm, and spending time with her two daughters and husband.
