Rebirth is a one-stop-shop for everything I've needed (and some things I didn't even know I needed) during fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting little ones. Massage, counselling, classes, baby chiro for lip tie therapy, yoga, pelvic floor physio (DO this after giving birth, even if you feel ok, even if you had a c-section). Everyone at Rebirth understands and values mothers, and makes you feel seen and heard. I can't say enough about this place. I feel like they are my primary health care team at this wild stage in life. 100% recommend.”
