Our IV therapy services are designed to support overall health, vitality, and balance. By delivering essential fluids, vitamins, and minerals directly into the bloodstream, IV therapy allows for faster absorption and more effective results than oral supplements.

Getting Started with IV Therapy
If you’re a current client of one of our Naturopathic Doctors, you can book a IV Therapy Session and get started right away.
If you are not a current and active client of one of our Naturopathic Doctors and would like to get started with IV Therapy, you will need to book an Initial IV Therapy Visit (30 minutes) with Dr. Jacob to review your medical history.
Intake & Payment
Please complete your IV Therapy Intake and Consent Form that is emailed to you at the time of booking. We require this form to be completed at least 24 hours before your first session with us. A valid credit card must also be on your Jane profile when you book your first visit with us.
IV Therapy Treatments last 45-60 minutes each.
Payment in full is due at the end of your treatment. We do not bill to health insurance companies for this service, but we will email you a receipt with all the information that you need to submit it to your insurance provider under Naturopathic Medicine as the health category.
We require 48 hours notice to cancel your appointment, as we prepare your IV bag in advance. If you cancel less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the session fee to cover the cost of preparing your IV bag. If you do not show to your appointment and have not contacted us, the fee is 100% of the visit.

Energy Boost: For those in a busy or stressful season of life, wanting to prevent burnout, or needing a nutrient boost. A gentle IV with B vitamins, vitamin C, magnesium, and carnitine.
Immune Boost: For those who frequently get sick, need extra support during cold & flu season, or have lingering symptoms after being sick. A gentle IV with B vitamins, zinc, selenium, and vitamin C.
HCL Add On Optional
Healthy Hormones: This IV has extra vitamin B6 and amino acids to support healthy hormone balance for those looking to relieve PMS, PMDD, and perimenopause symptoms.
Fourth Trimester Formula: For postpartum moms who are feeling depleted or just need a little extra support. This IV aims to replenish key nutrients from pregnancy and breastfeeding while restoring hydration.
Fertility Formula: For those trying to conceive or undergoing fertility treatments. This IV has additional antioxidants that support egg quality and sperm health, like zinc and carnitine.
The Deep Restore: Our signature recovery blend for burnout and nervous system support. Perfect for those with chronic stress, depletion, and chronic fatigue syndrome.
Meet Dr. Jake!
Dr. Jacob Kipfer, ND, a highly experienced naturopathic doctor serving the London and Southwestern Ontario region for more than 16 years. Dr. Kipfer is a graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and holds a Bachelor of Science degree, bringing a strong clinical and scientific foundation to his practice.
Dr. Kipfer provides an integrative approach to health, combining evidence-informed natural therapies with compassionate, individualized care. Intravenous therapies have been a strong focus with Dr. Kipfer from the beginning as he has completed many extra curricular training sessions specializing in this. He has extensive experience supporting complex health conditions and chronic illness, with a particular interest in integrative cancer care.
Patients appreciate his thorough assessments, calm communication style, and commitment to helping individuals achieve optimal wellness using natural and complementary medicine.

As this service is rendered by a Naturopath, it is billed as a naturopathic service. If your insurance plan covers naturopathic medicine, it may be covered fully or partially.
We do not offer direct billing for IV Therapy Clinic, so you will need to pay for your services, and then you can submit your receipt directly to your insurance company for reimbursement.

No, we do not offer direct billing to insurance companies for our IV therapy Clinic. You will need to pay for your service in full, then submit your receipt directly to your insurance company.
From our experience, the ND consultation portion is covered, but often, insurance companies do not yet cover the IV product.

We require at least 48 hours to cancel because we make your IV drip especially for you 24 hours before, so you must let us know 2 days in advance if you need to cancel.
If you give us less than 28 hours notice, you will be charge 50% of the appointment fee.
If you do not notify us of cancelling and are a no-show, you are responsible to pay 100% of the appointment fee.

Frequency of visits will vary depending on your individual needs and how readily your body responds to treatment.
Our ND will recommend a visit schedule, usually every 3 to 4 weeks for general wellness maintenance.
