Getting Started with IV Therapy
If you’re a current client of one of our Naturopathic Doctors, you can book a Follow-up IV Therapy Session and get started right away.
If you are not a current and active client of one of our Naturopathic Doctors and would like to get started with IV Therapy, you will need to book an Initial IV Therapy Visit (30 minutes) with Dr. Jacob, Naturopathic Doctor, to review your medical history and determine which IV formula is right for you. Most extended healthcare plans cover the cost of this consultation.

If you’re already a client of our Naturopathic Doctors, you’re all set! Since we already have your health history on file, you can jump right in and book your IV Therapy Session whenever you’re ready.
If you’re new to naturopathic medicine at the Rebirth Village: Welcome! We can't wait to support you. To ensure your treatment is perfectly tailored to your body's needs, you’ll start by booking an Initial IV Therapy Consultation (30 minutes) with Dr. Jacob, Naturopathic Doctor. During this time, he’ll review your medical history and goals to create a science-backed plan just for you. After that, you're cleared for all future IV sessions!
Please complete your IV Therapy Intake and Consent Form emailed to you at the time of booking. It’s ideal to have this form completed at least 24 hours before your appointment to allow adequate time for Dr. Jake to review it.
IV Therapy Treatments last 45-60 minutes each.
Most extended healthcare plans cover most of these services. Direct billing will be available by April 1, 2026. For now, payment in full is due at the end of your treatment. A receipt with all the information you need for your insurance provider will be provided.
Your receipt will be divided into a naturopathic consultation and an IV bag/supply. Most insurance plans cover the cost of the consultation; however, the IV supply ($30-$70) is not usually covered.
We require 48 hours’ notice to cancel your appointment, as we prepare your IV bag in advance. If you cancel less than 48 hours’ notice, you will be charged 50% of the session fee to cover the cost of preparing your IV bag. If you do not show up for your appointment and have not contacted us, the fee is 100% of the visit.

To make your first session as smooth as possible, please complete the IV Therapy Intake and Consent Form sent to your email when you book. We ask that this be finished at least 24 hours before your session so our team has time to review your history. You’ll also need to have a valid credit card saved to your Jane profile to secure your spot.

While the drip itself is efficient, we want you to feel unhurried! Please plan for 45–60 minutes per session. It’s your time to rest, hydrate, and recharge.

Payment in full is due at the end of your treatment. While we don’t bill insurance companies directly for this service, we’ve got you covered! We will email you a detailed receipt with everything you need to submit a claim to your provider under the Naturopathic Medicine category.
Most of the treatment will be covered by insurance; however, IVs are considered a supplement and/or product, so insurance might not cover the IV supply fee, which ranges between $25 and $50.

Because we hand-prepare your custom IV bag in advance just for you, we require 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations.
Less than 48 hours notice: A 50% fee applies to cover the cost of your prepared materials.
No-shows: If you miss your visit without contacting us, the full session fee will apply. We appreciate your understanding in helping us keep our clinic running smoothly for the whole Village!
