In a culture that is utterly obsessed with babies, it is far too easy for mothers to get lost in the shuffle.

The pressure to "do it all"—and do it flawlessly—is enormous, while the actual support is minimal. Pushing and striving to meet these unrealistic expectations inevitably leads to overwhelm, crippling worry, and burnout. How could it not? The truth is, mothers are often set up to feel like they are never doing enough.

I truly believe that when a baby is born, so too is a mother. It is her own personal rebirth.

From the very first day of my career over 25 years ago, I have been deeply passionate about working with women and mothers. Specializing in maternal mental health isn't just my clinical focus—it’s been my life's work. My mission has always been to create a soft place for mothers to land: a space where you feel seen, understood, and genuinely celebrated. A place that builds the true village of support every parent needs and deserves, because mothering was never meant to be a solitary endeavor.

After years of struggling to conceive, I finally had the privilege of becoming a mom to my incredible son, Beckett. Today, as part of a blended family, I’m also a proud step-mom to another wonderful 16-year-old. Even with over two decades of professional experience, motherhood humbles me daily as I fumble through it, doing my best and constantly trying to follow my own advice!

Whether you are navigating fertility, the raw early days of postpartum or well beyond, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the weight of parenthood, you don't have to carry it alone. Together, we’ll help you navigate both the deep joys and real challenges of motherhood with confidence, calm, and connection.

Jodi is accepting new clients at this time.
