Our prenatal yoga classes offer a welcoming space to move, stretch, and connect with other expecting parents. Whether you're brand new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, these classes are designed to help you feel grounded, strong, and prepared for birth—all in a nurturing, community-centered environment.

Classes are offered weekly at both of our locations (Hyde Park and Central).

  • We keep it simple. Just yourself! We provide everything you need for the class - mat, bolster, blocks and a relaxing environment. You can bring your water bottle, but we have water and cups if you forget. We recommend bringing a snack to have after class.

  • Prenatal yoga classes are geared for any stage of your pregnancy. You don’t need to be “showing” to come to a prenatal fitness class. And you’re never “too pregnant”. If you are excited to join and want to check out a class, then that means you’re ready to start. See you soon! As always, if you’re not sure about fitness, check with your primary provider.
