We keep it simple. Just yourself! We provide everything you need for the class - mat, weights, and fun music with a beat. You will not even feel like you’re working out. You can bring your water bottle, but we have water and cups if you forget. We recommend bringing a snack to have after class.

The class is geared for any stage of your pregnancy. You don’t need to be “showing” to come to a prenatal fitness class. And you’re never “too pregnant”. If you are excited to join and want to check out a class, then that means you’re ready to start. See you soon! As always, if you’re not sure about fitness, check with your primary provider.
