Mackenzie Mayers, Naturopathic Graduate
Mackenzie’s approach to care is rooted in her trust in the body’s innate ability to heal. She believes health thrives when patients feel supported and equipped with the right tools. Each visit with Mackenzie offers a safe, collaborative space to explore your health concerns and build an individualized, evidence-based treatment plan. Her toolkit includes exercise prescriptions, nutrition, supplement prescriptions, botanical medicine, homeopathy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and more.
As a native Londoner, Mackenzie grew up running around the city (literally!). Her connection to movement and the outdoors began early, running track and trails. From a young age, she learned the value of listening to her body to support performance, recovery, and long-term wellness. These principles have only deepened through her personal health journey and clinical training.
Mackenzie holds an Honours degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Florida International University (FIU), where she competed as a student-athlete. She went on to complete her Doctor of Naturopathy degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto. Currently, Mackenzie is a graduate intern seeing patients under the supervision of Dr. Alecia Chevalier, ND, who is in good standing with both the Ontario and Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors.
She has a focused interest in hormonal and reproductive health, including fertility, but welcomes all health concerns. Mackenzie is passionate about helping you understand your body, restore balance, and reach your health goals—through every system, every step of the way.
