Your Role: The Heart of Our Clinic
As a Client Care Specialist, you'll be Rebirth's friendly, welcoming face and voice. You're not just providing administrative support; you're creating a positive, seamless, and supportive experience for every client who walks through our doors or connects with us.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Client Experience Superstar:
Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, making every first impression a fantastic one.
Effortlessly check clients in and out, ensuring all their questions are answered.
Manage appointments like a pro, keeping everything flowing smoothly.
Provide clear, helpful information about our services, policies, and procedures.
Administrative Wizardry:
Handle incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally.
Keep client and insurance billing accurate and perfectly up-to-date.
Dive into various administrative tasks to keep the clinic running efficiently.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with our amazing healthcare team, providing support that truly enhances client care.
Contribute to our positive, collaborative, and supportive work environment.
Jump into team meetings and training sessions to stay sharp and updated on our best practices.
Who We're Looking For:
We’re searching for someone who is:
Has experience in an administrative role.
Is proficient with computer systems and can easily adapt to different software.
Experience with Jane App (6+ months) is required.
Familiarity with platforms like Microsoft Outlook, Squarespace, Momence, Facebook, Instagram, and Flodesk is a bonus.
Has a genuine passion for helping others and is committed to providing exceptional client service.

Position Details
Job Type: In-Person, Part-time, temporary contract position until September 2026.
Hours: 15-20 hours per week, with the capacity to work flexible hours, including daytime, evenings, and Saturdays.
Starting rate: $22 per hour
Start date: Approximate mid-September 2025
Location: 256 Central Ave, London, Ontario
