Alena Tarasevich, RMT

With over 15 years of RMT experience, Alena offers a well-rounded, evidence-based approach to care. Her hands-on techniques and clinical decision-making are informed by professional education both in Canada and Europe. Alena specializes in Swedish and deep tissue massage, pre- and postnatal massage, pediatric and geriatric massage, hydrotherapy, and trigger point therapy. She tailors each treatment to support her client’s specific treatment goals – be it preventative health care, rehabilitation, or acute and chronic conditions. Beyond hands-on therapy, Alena strongly believes in clients’ education and self-care, empowering them with the knowledge and tools to maintain their progress between massage sessions. Alena works hard on helping her patients move better, feel healthier, and live more comfortable, balanced lives.
