Our Baby & Me Pilates classes are designed to help you regain physical confidence, improve posture and flexibility, and connect with other moms in a supportive, uplifting environment. Babies are welcome to join in the fun, making it a bonding experience for both of you.

Classes are offered weekly at both of our locations (Hyde Park and Central).

You can join us with a monthly membership or a class pack that fits your schedule.
