baby & me fitness classes

Partnered with FitClub Bootcamp to offer the best fitness programming for moms and their babies!

These classes are baby-friendly fitness led by an experienced Personal Training Specialist to assist in a safe approach to reintroduce yourself to strength training, focus on helping mama’s heal and reconnect with their body with breath work, and core and pelvic strengthening.

Intended for mamas who are 12 months postpartum or less.

registration options

6-week series: $149 +hst

choose this option if you plan to attend the same class each week

**Special offer to all mamas that attended our stroller bootcamp in 2023 - $129.00 +hst for the full 6 weeks!

10-class flex pass: $159 +hst

choose this option if you need to pick different classes to attend each week

purchasing: please phone one of our locations to purchase your flex pass before booking your classes and we will process payment for you

booking your classes: after purchasing your pass, select the ‘10-class flex pass booking’ option when registering for all 10 of your classes online

If you already have a Flex Pass with classes to use, you are welcome to attend!

drop-in: $22 +hst

choose this option if you want to drop in to any of the classes in the schedule below

free class pass?

mamas who have received a ‘free class card’ can attend! registration is required - please book under “drop in” and let us know of your free class card


IMPORTANT:

Please book under the correct registration option. If the class you want to attend is not showing any availability for the flex pass or drop in option, please phone us so we can confirm if there is space available and we can register you. This will prevent any billing errors.

  • Fitclub Bootcamps is located on 962 Leathorne Street, right beside CPC Healthcare Supplies and across the street from TVDSB Facility Services. There are plenty of free parking spaces at the gym!

  • We keep it simple. Just yourself and your baby or toddler! We provide everything you need for the class - mat, weights, and fun music with a beat. You will not even feel like you’re working out. You can bring your water bottle, but we have water and cups if you forget. We recommend bringing a snack to have after class.

  • Babies and toddlers 0-3.

  • We get it. Life with a baby can be unpredictable. We’re happy to offer a make up class policy.

    Jump into any of our classes as a make up.*

    *up to three classes per 6-week session.

  • To ensure that we are at a safe level of participants, we require that once you have signed up for a 6-week series you stay in the 6-week series, unless of sickness or emergency. If there are days that no longer fit with your schedule, let us know and we can confirm space in the other series before registering you.
