Prenatal Yoga

Pregnancy is an amazing time to begin a yoga practice. You will love how prenatal yoga connects you to your changing body + your beautiful babe, while preparing your mind and body for birth. Since opening it's doors in 2010, our beautiful love-filled studio has become the 'go to' place in London for pregnant women to practice yoga. At Rebirth, it's more than just a yoga class, our experienced teachers create a supportive community where mamas-to-be connect, share and make lasting friendships.

We offer 7 classes per week (daytime, evening and weekend). You are welcome to register for a 8-week session to reserve your spot and enjoy the benefits of a regular practice or drop in to any class. You may begin your prenatal yoga practice at any point in your pregnancy; however, if you are unsure, check in with your health care provider first.  You do not need to have prior yoga experience -- we have women of all levels in our prenatal yoga classes.  

Prices

8-week session {75 minute classes}: $110 + hst = $124.30
Drop-in rate: $17.70 + hst = $20

Postnatal Yoga

Ready to move your body, sweet mama? Join us for some mama-focused, baby-friendly yoga. Our postnatal yoga classes are a perfect way to get out the house, enjoy some much deserved self care, while connecting with your baby and other mamas. We offer different types of classes, all with new mamas in mind. Yoga mats are included, as is a warm cup of tea after class. It's your time to move, receive some love, and build your community of mamas who are right there with you navigating the wild ride of mamahood.

New! Core Yoga for New Mamas! This amazing new class is specifically designed to help you reactivate and restore your core. This all-levels, baby friendly class combines yoga poses + pilates exercises to help tune up your pelvic floor while stretching and strengthening your whole body. Pregnancy and birth is such an incredible journey for you and your body. This is your time to nurture yourself and heal your body. You’ll leave feeling, calm, centered, and ready to take on the rest of your busy day xo

Missed Classes and Make-up Policy for Prenatal Classes:

If you are registered in a Prenatal 'pre-registration' class (yoga or strength), and you miss a class, we have a generous 'make-up' policy that allows you to drop into any other Prenatal class, within the same session in which you are registered and space permitting.  Because our classes fill up, please call us prior to dropping in to let us know what class you'd like to drop into so that we can determine if there will be space.  Missed classes can not be carried over into the next session.

If you are unable to finish a session of classes due to the birth of your beautiful babe, we will credit your Rebirth Wellness account for the value of the missed classes.  The credit has no expiry and so you can use it for any classes, programs or health services that are offered by rebirth wellness centre whenever you're ready to get out and about!

Rebirth Wellness Centre reserves the right to cancel any class or workshop due to failure to meet minimum amount of registrations.
