Stefanie has been practicing yoga for about 15 years and after the birth of her son she found a passion for mama and baby health and life style. She first completed her Postnatal instructor certification in 2013 and in June of 2014 completed her MamaNurture Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training "I feel excited giving mamas a safe place to teach their baby and family a healthy lifestyle. I am joining the amazing team at Rebirth Wellness in London to teach Mom & Baby Yoga and Mom & Baby strength class."
Martina Biljan – Wellness Consultant

I first began her journey of mind-body connection through the practice of yoga. From this practice, she came to understand that we all crave movement and expression of the body, no matter our physical state. Martina believes you can accomplish by surrendering to the unknown all while still having fun. She completed her first yoga teacher training in Costa Rica (200 RYT) in 2011. Wanting to marry her love of travel and passion for teaching, she took her practice to Europe and the UK where she taught for 3 years before returning back to Canada. In Croatia, Martina began studying for my second yoga Teacher Training (500 RYT).
It was through her private yoga clients that Martina began to see the value in nourishing the body not only through movement, but also with proper nutrition. She was inspired by the changes Martina saw in her clients who had began a healthy relationship with their body and the food they put into it. Not only were the physical transformations inspiring, but the mental evolution and balance she saw was truly something else. It was then that she was inspired to become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. Martina now works with private and corporate clients throughout the city and develops online programs to help them be the best versions of themselves.

Kristin is a mom of two who is committed to creating communities of women to support each other through the journey of motherhood. As a Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher, Kristin brings moms together through movement. Her main goal is to help you feel good in your body. With a focus on restoring function and alleviating discomfort, Kristin uses her expertise to help you find comfort and ease in your everyday life. She teaches busy moms how to listen to their bodies and build confidence, strength, mobility, and overall function. Kristin believes that your intuition will tell you what you need; she is just there to help guide you to the version of yourself you want to be. When you feel supported, you are better able to follow your inner voice, and give yourself what you need. Motherhood is a time when your body and mind need a little extra attention, yet it is also the time when we give everything we have to our children. Kristin is there to support you, to lead you, and to help you feel part of a community of women that understand where you’re at, right now.
Jillian Welsh - Pre & Postnatal Strength Specialist, Body Image Coach

Jillian helps moms become stronger & more confident through improved movement patterns, strength training and mindset work. She believes in the body’s journey through conception, pregnancy & birth is preparation for us to become the best version of ourselves. With 6 years experience and extensive training as a Pre & Postnatal Strength Specialist, Jillian has worked with hundreds of moms(and moms-to-be) to improve their quality of life through simple lifestyle changes and mindful movement. Jillian relies on the body’s natural ability to heal itself to bring moms a pain-free, fun & fulfilling life. Life as a new mom is exhausting enough, your workout doesn’t need to be. Jillian teaches moms how to trust in the strength of their own bodies & minds, how to allow the body to heal naturally and how to repair the mind-body connection after baby; all this while respecting where the body is in its natural rhythm of recovery. Nicole Brown - Certified Prenatal Yoga Instructor
Nicole Brown is a certified prenatal yoga instructor and received her training with Sarah Longacre, founder of Blooma. Nicole brings a blend of strengthening and stretching poses into her classes while also focusing on the normal rhythm of labor and the importance of breath and relaxation. As you travel through the mysteries of pregnancy and parenthood, Nicole will help create "sacred space" for you in her classes. Nicole's teaching is infused with authenticity, warmth, and humour.
