Prenatal Strength

Our Prenatal Strength Classes focus on keeping and building muscle throughout pregnancy.  You will work on core strength and pelvic floors muscles and increase endurance leading up to baby's birth-day.  More than just a safe Prenatal Workout, our prenatal strength class brings in the mind::body::baby connection that is so important. Prenatal Strength classes build in intensity over the 8 week session, but are safe for all stages of pregnancy with modifications for any ache or limitation.


  • 8-week session {75 minute classes}: $110 + hst = $124.30
  • Drop-in rate: $17.70 + hst = $20

Prenatal Class Schedule

  • Tuesdays 5:30 to 6:45 pm

2017 Sessions:

  • January 3rd to February 21st
  • February 28th to April 18th
  • April 25th to June 13th
  • June 20th to August 8th - - current session now in progress.  There is still room to join a class.
  • September 5th to October 24th
  • October 31st to December 19th

mom & baby strength

Ready to sweat? Join our mama & baby strength class where you'll enjoy the rush of working through a challenging, fun and sweaty workout.  Our fab + creative instructors love to change things up, so you'll never get bored. All you need is a pair of running shoes, your baby and the motivation to get fit while having fun. 

Mamas of all fitness levels are welcome. These classes are super popular. Please sign-in online to save your spot.

  • Mondays 11:00am - 12:00pm 
  • Wednesdays 11:00am - 12:00pm
  • Thursdays 11:00am - 12:00pm
  • Fridays 9:30am-10:30am {Community class for $5}


  • All classes listed strength classes are included in the mom & baby monthly pass {$40 + hst = $45.20)
