We are inspired by the incredible strength of a pregnant woman. And, we understand how important it is to feel strong + healthy during pregnancy. Our prenatal fitness classes focus on keeping and building muscle throughout pregnancy, building core strength and increasing endurance as you prepare for birth.  More than just a safe prenatal workout, our prenatal exercise class brings in the mind + body + baby connection that is so important. Our classes are safe for all stages of pregnancy with modifications for any ache or necessary modification.

8-week session (75min classes): $110 + hst = $124.30
Drop-in rate: $17.70 + hst = $20

Postnatal Fitness

Ready to enjoy a good sweat, mama? Grab your gorgeous baby, along with a pair of running shoes, and join us for one of our Mama + Baby workouts. Adjusting to your postnatal body can be hard, we get it. We offer a space for all mamas of all fitness levels to enjoy a safe and challenging workout that builds confidence. Fitness for New Moms (workshop). Interested in jumping into some postnatal fitness, but not sure about what's safe and effective for your postpartum body. This workshop is perfect for new moms gearing up for fitness. It covers what's safe, what's not safe, common mistakes to avoid, and how to best restore your core.
