Our prenatal fitness classes focus on keeping and building muscle throughout pregnancy.  You will work on core strength and pelvic floors muscles and increase endurance leading up to baby's birth-day.  More than just a safe prenatal workout, our prenatal exercise class brings in the mind + body + baby connection that is so important. Prenatal fitness classes build in intensity over the 8 week session, but are safe for all stages of pregnancy with modifications for any ache or limitation.

At Rebirth Wellness Centre, we've brought together a group of certified + passionate instructors to deliver prenatal classes to help you enjoy a healthy pregnancy + prepare childbirth, while connecting with other amazing mamas-to-be. Each class begins with an informative + inspiring discussion facilitated by rebirth practitioners who are experts in prenatal health and childbirth.


  • 8-week session {75 minute classes}: $110 + hst = $124.30
  • Drop-in rate: $17.70 + hst = $20

mom & baby strength

Ready to sweat? Join our mama & baby strength class where you'll enjoy the rush of working through a challenging, fun and sweaty workout.  Our fab + creative instructors love to change things up, so you'll never get bored. All you need is a pair of running shoes, your baby and the motivation to get fit while having fun. 

Mamas of all fitness levels are welcome. These classes are super popular. Please sign-in online to save your spot.
