Our 6-week training program will benefit anyone looking to restore their core. You can take this class anytime after 8-weeks postpartum.
Our program will help you re-connect with you core both mentally and physically, so that you can safely perform all of your daily activities, including your exercise program. It will focus on breathing correctly to naturally tone the pelvic floor, exercises that strengthen the deepest core muscles, and preventing injury as you begin to nurture your new body and new life as a mama.

Pre-requisites for the program: To register for this class you must be a minimum of 8 weeks postpartum, and have had a baseline assessment with a pelvic floor physiotherapist.

Jillian helps moms become stronger & more confident through improved movement patterns, strength training and mindset work. She believes in the body’s journey through conception, pregnancy & birth is preparation for us to become the best version of ourselves.
With 6 years experience and extensive training as a Pre & Postnatal Strength Specialist, Jillian has worked with hundreds of moms(and moms-to-be) to improve their quality of life through simple lifestyle changes and mindful movement. Jillian relies on the body’s natural ability to heal itself to bring moms a pain-free, fun & fulfilling life. Life as a new mom is exhausting enough, your workout doesn’t need to be. Jillian teaches moms how to trust in the strength of their own bodies & minds, how to allow the body to heal naturally and how to repair the mind-body connection after baby; all this while respecting where the body is in its natural rhythm of recovery.
